The Foundation is an independent non-profit organization under the leadership of a Board of Directors.  The membership of the Board is varied to reflect the community.  The Board includes individuals with experience in law, accounting, banking, education and business.  These individuals are dedicated to providing support for the students in the Piedmont City School District.
